Pith Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio based inside Square One Padel and Social Clubs across Kent.

We offer group classes and private sessions using Merrithew Reformers, designed to build strength, control and confidence through intelligent movement.

Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, our classes are structured, focused, and welcoming.
